Delivery Information

Delivery to UK mainland addresses. In returns, shipping charges will be deducted, and then a refund will be processed. For delivery to all other parts of the world delivery is charged based on the weight and dimensions of the products ordered and is calculated prior to checkout.  

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

We expect orders to be packed within 24 hours of when the order has been placed (excluding weekends). Once your order has been shipped we will notify you via email, we expect the parcel to arrive within 2 to 4 business days for UK mainland.

DELIVERY DELAYS
Whilst we are still aiming to dispatch orders in 24 hours, please allow up to 1 extra day for your order to be dispatched due to ongoing disruptions to our warehouse fulfilment and there may also be delivery delays for the carriers due to Covid disruptions.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped we will upload your tracking details. Please note that there may not be any tracking information until the parcel has been scanned and the tracking details updated.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

HOW DO I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Should you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us with your order details at info@westlanelinens.co.uk. Please note that should your order already be packed and ready for pick up we will not be able to amend the address. 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Should you wish to return your order, you have 14 days to return the order from the date of purchase for a full refund. All returns items must be in the original packaging and must be unused and undamaged. In returns, shipping charges will be deducted, and then a refund will be processed. Please contact us with your order details at info@westlanelinens.co.uk. Once we have been contacted we will advise you the steps in having the product returned to us.
